Anna Rutter, Studio Manager
Anna Rutter has been working at Littleton Ballet Academy since 2008. She is a parent of a former dancer and brings a unique perspective to managing a dance studio. In a former life, she worked in special education and early childhood education. She enjoys working with families to provide a welcoming experience! In her free time, she enjoys live music, theater, and creating fiber art.
Delcinea Lutes
Delcinea Lutes grew up in Portland, Oregon, immersed in music, dance, and theatre. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from the University of Connecticut, with additional pedagogical training through the Voice Foundation and Northwest Institute of Voice. Her performance career includes opera, concert, musical theatre, and choral work throughout New England and Colorado, with roles including Tessa in The Gondoliers, Hansel in Hansel und Gretel, Orlofsky in Die Fledermaus, Isabella in L’italiana in Algeri, and Sister Berthe in The Sound of Music. She has also served as Children's Chorus Director and Producer for Lamont Opera Theatre productions and contributed to costume design, construction, and wardrobe preservation for numerous Littleton Youth Ballet and area theatre productions.
Following a career in arts administration—including serving as Director of Business and Artistic Operations for soprano Renée Fleming—Delci now serves as Senior Manager, Entertainment Administration for Wedgwood Weddings. She maintains a private voice studio, teaching students of all ages and genres. She especially enjoys working with young musicians, helping them develop strong foundations in vocal technique, music theory, and ear training while fostering confidence and a lifelong love of music.
